Margot has twenty-eight years of progressive knowledge Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Satisfaction, entrepreneurship and managerial leadership across various industries. Now having her passion as her profession, her goal is to Make D&I our DNA at SAP!

As North America Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Margot is responsible for identifying, planning, executing and monitoring diversity activities related to the regional Diversity & Inclusion strategy for four focus areas, including Talent Attraction & Sourcing, Employee Onboarding & Engagement, Career Development & Advancement, as well as Supplier Diversity across all demographics.

Margot is a CPA, CSSGB, CSR Ambassador, Community Activist and active leader of SAP’s Black Employee Network and Business Women’s Network, as well as a Board Member on the Pennsylvania Diversity Council.
Christopher Skyers

Chris Skyers was born in Jamaica and migrated to the United States at the age of 7 to Brooklyn, NY. He is known as "The Corporate kid from Flatbush, Brooklyn." Graduate from Cornell University, Chris is now an Executive Vice President with the largest employer in New Jersey.
Through his leadership, Chris empowers his team to be creative thinkers and challenges them to take pride in their work. He emphasizes the importance of his team bringing their diverse perspectives to the table because that is when an organization achieves its greatest success.
His story is about making the right choices to put yourself in the right place, to get the right opportunity. Overcoming all of the obstacles to get where you deserve to be.

Antonio Parrales, MA, PHR
FOUNDER, The Empowerment Conference OWNER, Parrales Consulting LLC.
Antonio Parrales is a national motivational speaker and corporate trainer who founded Parrales Consulting in 2009. Born in Hoboken, NJ and raised in Jersey City, NJ, he credits his success to being "Naive enough to believe I could live out my purpose."
His 10 years of Corporate America experience combined with 6 years of being a Professor at a University have created a unique perspective and delivery where his message has empowered Fortune 500 companies and audiences across the United States.
Like many of you, Antonio one day dreamed of being his own business owner. It took a leap of faith and a series of unfortunate life tribulations that projected him on a path to live out his purpose.
Waffiyah Saleem
Founder, She Matters
Waffiyah Saleem is the founder of SHE MATTERS, a movement to “transition pain into purpose.” Waffiyah has traveled over fourteen countries throughout Africa, Central America and Europe, exploring and documenting the regard for women and children. The commonality of abuse transcends race, wealth, health, age, ability, religion, and “typical beauty standards." Waffiyah recognizes the journey of healing is a continuum of shared success!
She is committed to bringing awareness, sharing in Advocacy, encouraging responsibility, exchanging in engagement, and supporting resilience. Her charismatic engagement and infectious spirit ushers a pursuit of igniting purpose, inspiring self-discovery, and introducing possibilities.

Jude Jean-Marrie
FOUNDER , B.U.F.F. Lifestyle
Born and raised in New Jersey by Haitians parents, Jude would go on to become a Kean University graduate. His father passed away from heart complications when he was 14. In December 2016, as he and his mom were excited for what 2017 would bring, she had heart attack and passed away in his arms.

Her death put him in turmoil and deep depression. He gained 30 pounds in a month and began using alcohol to subdue his pain. However, his faith wouldn’t allow him to drown. Spontaneously, he joined a 12-week fitness challenge in honor of his mom losing 57 pounds, 22 inches, and 25% body fat.

This was when B.U.F.F. Lifestyle was born, combing faith and fitness; promoting overall healthy lifestyle physically and spiritually. His unique approach

Maryann Diaz is a devoted Licensed Master Social Worker and American Sign Language Interpreter with 10 plus years of expertise in the fields of education, non profit, management, social justice, social services, and speech and hearing sciences. Her mission is to change the narrative around revolutionizing urban culture and education.
Maryann is a change agent for equity. Leading with empathy, grace, and emotional/social intelligence are maxims she abides by. The charge she has to fellow colleagues and empowered youth are to consistently self-reflect, refocus their lens, and seek to connect beyond the surface.
Having completed educational case studies in China and Brazil regarding access for vulnerable populations, Maryann is certain that change and growth are cultivated through exposure and genuine human connections. She aims to provide resources that provide youth and their families with ACCESS to their power.
